The project of Ing. Arch. M\u00e1dl\u00edk, which sensitively approaches the site so that the building minimally disturbs the surrounding landscape and at the same time becomes an unmissable new dominant of the wide surroundings. It consists of a ground-floor open gallery topped with a rounded roof and a tower with a viewing gallery at a height of 25 m above ground level. The core of the tower consists of a concrete tube, clad with wooden elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The original content of the site is recalled by the historical trace of the original church, made in the stone pavement lined with grass, around which the new story of the current new building unfolds, as a place to meet, to hold cultural events in the open air, as a sightseeing, excursion and pilgrimage site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
K\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e1 hora is one of the peaks of the Je\u0159absk\u00e1 vrchovina and rises to 735 m above sea level to the east of \u010cerven\u00e1 Voda. In the past it was a popular place of excursion and pilgrimage for the inhabitants of \u010cerven\u00e1 Voda, a cross path led to the top, a wooden church and a restaurant stood on the plateau. Since the war, with all its consequences, the place has gradually become deserted, the Stations of the Cross have been destroyed, the church demolished. The lookout tower was inaugurated in June 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
