The restaurant prepares classic Czech dishes with an emphasis on quality and fresh ingredients, home preparation and local sourcing. You can taste always fresh grilled trout from local ponds, buttermilk schnitzels, pulled pork in our sauce or homemade fruit pies. We serve our fermented vegetables with our meals. On tap we have Holba from Hanušovice and Welzl from Zábřež, and you can also taste lemonades made from cold-pressed natural syrups of 40 millilitres or incredibly healthy fermented lemonade, which we make ourselves from Tibi crystals. You will also find a selection of Czech liqueurs and spirits and Czech whisky.
